Indian Valley Photography Club

We are a group of ordinary people who love photography and wish to share our love of photography with others. We come from different backgrounds and have different photographic interests. Some of us are amateurs; others are seasoned photographers. Some of us are young and some of us are not so young. Some of us have high end photographic equipment; others capture great photos using point-and-shoot cameras. But we have one thing in common; we love to take pictures.

Our Primary purpose is to promote photography. Each month the Club hosts a member’s presentation. In addition, we plan educational programs featuring guest speakers or provide instructional programs relating to technical or artistic aspects of photography.

We organize several outings (photographic field trips and/or social gatherings) each year. The purpose, of course, is to take pictures. This is a great time for beginners to pair up with experienced photographers to learn more about their camera and how to take better pictures.

Mostly we just like to have fun and enjoy each other’s company. It is our sincere hope that you will join us at our next meeting.

We meet on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month from 7 PM to 9 PM. The meetings take place at the Indian Valley Public Library in Telford, PA. There are no annual dues to join.

Joining is simple. Just come to any of our regularly scheduled meetings and you’ll receive a hardy welcome. We hope that you’ll come to be a part of our group and fuel your love and our love of photography together. It doesn’t take much time but the benefits are numerous.
