You earn badges when you register for and complete this challenge, read or listened to a book, and write a written review.  When you read or listen to one book and write a review, you will be entered into a weekly drawing to win a gift card from a local business.  When you finish reading and reviewing at least 10 books, you will be entered into a final drawing to win a gift card from a local business.

Monday Morning Book Discussion @ Zoom Meeting

The Monday Morning Book Club meets on the second Monday of every month at 10 am. We’ll read books from IVPL’s Book-Club-in-a-Bag — choosing six fiction and six nonfiction over the next twelve months. The Sleeping Mat Project
Helping the Homeless, While Recycling!
Did you know recycled grocery bags can create colorful, woven mats for homeless individuals in your community? Through a partnership with Integrate for Good and Angels in Motion, the Indian Valley Public Library is joining the project. Each week community members will join to learn different parts of the project including cutting bags, making loops, making “plarn” (plastic yarn), and weaving the mats on a loom.

Anyone is welcome to join us!
