It’s a Mystery Book Discussion @ Community Room NE

Interested in discussing mystery, murder, and intrigue? This group meets on the second Wednesday of the month, 2:30-4:00 pm. Join us for an afternoon of mystery. Limited copies of each book are available at the Indian Valley Public Library.

Medicare Questions? @ Indian Valley Public Library

If you have questions about your Medicare plan, APPRISE volunteer Pamela Harbon Quatraro is at the library on the second Wednesday afternoon of each month from 3 to 5 pm, to answer your questions. Advance sign-up for a personal appointment is required; please call 215-723-9109 ext. 3. APPRISE is a free health insurance counseling program designed to help older Pennsylvanians with Medicare.

Yoga
Jun 12 @ 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Join us for Yoga in the Library on Wednesday nights! Six week session run May 15 – June 26 (no class 6/19). $40 for all six classes or $10 drop in. To register and for further information, email Allison Reynolds at allison4420@gmail.com.

Hatha yoga is the general term for just about all the yoga we practice in the U.S. This class incorporates breathwork and postures designed to open, stretch and strengthen the body. This is a great class for beginners. Students may feel stronger, more grounded and more relaxed after this class. Classes taught by Allison Reynolds, 200-hour Hatha Registered Yoga Teacher.

Chick Lit Book Club
