Summer Author Series: Cory Etchberger, son and contributor to At All Costs

Richard Loy Etchberger, a Hamburg, PA native, was a senior non-commissioned officer in the US Air Force who posthumously received the United States military’s highest decoration, the Medal of Honor, for his actions during the Battle of Lima Site 85 in the Vietnam War. The medal was formally presented to his three sons by President Barack Obama on September 21, 2010.

His son Cory will speak on his father’s life as well as “At All Costs,” Etchberger’s biography which was recently published by Matt Proietti, 4-time recipient of the Thomas Jefferson Award (the highest honor in Defense Department journalism.)

Hatha yoga is the general term for just about all the yoga we practice in the U.S. This class incorporates breathwork and postures designed to open, stretch and strengthen the body. This is a great class for beginners. Students may feel stronger, more grounded and more relaxed after this class. Classes taught by Jen Dombrowski, owner of Ladybug yoga Enterprises LLC and former student of Kathleen Tooley and 200-hour Kripalu Yoga Instructor.
