Yoga at the Library

Fridays from 2-3 pm
June 20 and 27, July 18 and 25, August 1 and 8

6-week series - $36 for series or $8 for drop in

Hatha yoga is the general term for just about all the yoga we practice in the U.S. This class incorporates breathwork and postures designed to open, stretch and strengthen the body. This is a great class for beginners. Students may feel stronger, more grounded and more relaxed after this class.

Classes taught by Kathleen Tooley, 200-hour Kripalu Yoga Instructor and owner of Anahata Yoga and Wellness Center in Harleysville.
