Hatha yoga is the general term for just about all the yoga we practice in the U.S. This class incorporates breathwork and postures designed to open, stretch and strengthen the body. This is a great class for beginners. Students may feel stronger, more grounded and more relaxed after this class.
Classes taught by Kathleen Tooley, 200-hour Kripalu Yoga Instructor and owner of Anahata Yoga and Wellness Center in Harleysville.

Paper Crafting Classes

Paper crafting enthusiast, Debbie Blum, will provide materials to create four cards and/or novelties at each class. Create crafts for Easter, Mother's Day, birthdays, or any other occasions. There is a $10 materials fee for each session. Advance registration is required.

Twined Rag Rug Making

Learn how to make twined rag rugs under Maryanne O'Neill's tutelage. Maryanne taught herself to make twined rag rugs from an IVPL library book. She has been creating them for years and will share her expertise. Call the Reference Desk to register.
