Hatha yoga is the general term for just about all the yoga we practice in the U.S. This class incorporates breathwork and postures designed to open, stretch and strengthen the body. This is a great class for beginners. Students may feel stronger, more grounded and more relaxed after this class. Classes taught by Allison Reynolds, 200-hour Hatha Registered Yoga Teacher.
