What's Happening in April and May

 
Saturday, April 21, 10am: Bilingual Story time. Join us for stories and rhymes in two languages! Preschool Children.
 
Saturday, April 21, 1-4pm: Drop in for an afternoon of early literacy activities. Stay and play as long as you like. 1-4pm.
 
Lunch Bunch Story Time:
Every Wednesday May- July join us for stories at 11:00am, outside (weather permitting) under our shady trees. Bring your lunch. All ages welcome. No sign up required.
 
Bed Time Stories:
Every Wednesday May-August 15 at 7pm. Wear your PJ's and bring the whole family!

Science in the Summer

Get Ready for Science in the Summer at IVPL!
Science in the Summer: Simple Machines
Monday, June 25 - Thursday, June 28

For children entering grades 2 or 3:

 

Morning Session: 10:00 - 10:45 am

Afternoon Session: 1:00 - 1:45 pm

 

For children entering grades 4, 5, or 6:

 

Morning Session: 11:15 - 12:00 noon

Afternoon Session : 2:15 - 3:00 pm


Lottery begins on April 1. Please come in to the library starting April 1 to fill out a registration form for the lottery. No phone or email registrations will be taken. Those selected to participate will be notified by mail the first week of May.

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THERE IS SPACE FOR ONLY 60 STUDENTS

Celebrate your birthday at Indian Valley Public Library

Did you know that the library's Community Room is available for Birthday Parties?  For a fee of $35 you may reserve space for your party or special event.  Tables and chairs are provided.  Staff members are available to read stories for an additional fee.  Please call the library, 215-723-9109 x113, for more information.
