Learn to Paint at the Library: Acrylic Painting Classes
Aug 12 @ 8:00 am – 10:00 am

1 Sunday a month from 2 to 4 pm: 8/12, 2018
Fee – $10 for supplies prior to each class or you can prepay the 6 class series in advance

Professional artist, Owner of Paint Parties by Vicky and painting & drawing instructor, Vicky McGarry (BFA, M.Ed) will lead you step-by-step in these painting classes. Each class will focus on a different painting style: precisionist, contemporary, impressionist, realistic, painterly, and realist. Have fun, learn painting techniques and enjoy your progress as you complete a painting during each session! Please register at the Reference Desk or by calling 215-723-9109 ext. 3. 

Monday Morning Book Discussion @ Community Room

Fractured Fairy Tale Club (Grades K-5) @ Community Room

During this four week series, we will re-invent traditional fairy tales. Join us as we re-enact fairy tales, complete a funny fill-in-the-blank story, and predict what happens after “they all lived happily ever after.” Each session will start with some stories followed by hands-on activities.
